Die submikroskopische Struktur der Zonula

Zusammenfassung

Die elektronenmikroskopische Untersuchung der Zonula Zinnii in Schnittpräparaten ergibt, daß die Zonula aus gleichmäßig breiten, unverzweigten Fibrillen mit einer Dicke von 100–250 Å besteht. Diese Fibrillen besitzen eine einfache, regelmäßige, periodische Querstruktur, die Länge einer Strukturperiode beträgt 300–400 Å, am häufigsten 380 Å.

Die widersprechenden Ergebnisse der bisherigen elektronenmikroskopischen Untersuchungen an Zonulafasern werden näher erörtert.

Abschließend wird die Möglichkeit gestreift, aus der submikroskopischen Struktur Hinweise für die Abkunft der Zonulafibrillen zu gewinnen.
