Acta Neuropathologica Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

The author describes a relatively simple and rapid method for the impregnation of nervous tissue in paraffin sections. This method assures the efficient impregnation of tissues derived from: the brain, cerebellum, spinal cord, spinal and vegetative ganglions, peripheral nerve trunks as well as from tumors of nervous origin. Thus alterations produced in the nervous tissues, derived from the same areas may be studied, using different methods of staining.
