CARS spectroscopy of SF6 and UF6

Abstract

CARS spectra of thev 1-band of SF6 and UF6 performed under (static) cell conditions and under supersonic jet expansion have been recorded. The cooling behavior in supersonic jet expansions has been demonstrated for both gases.
