Neurofibrillary tangles, granulovacuolar degeneration and argentophilic bodies in a third ventricle tumour

An unusual third ventricle hamartoma containing nerve cells with neurofibrillary tangles, granulovacuoles and globoid bodies is reported in a 48 year old man.
