Bei Xerophthalmie darf die Keratoplastik erst nach der Behebung dieses Zustandes vermittels der Überpflanzung des Ductus Stenoni in die Bindehaut ausgeführt werden. Bericht über die einschlägige Literatur und über einen erfolgreich operierten Patienten.
Summary
In Xeropthalmy keratoplasty cannot be made prior to eliminating xerosis. The latter is accomplished by transplantatio of Stenson's duct into the conjunctival sac. Reporting the pertinant literature, a successfully operated boy is described.
