Effects of self-annealing and reirradiation on the specific heat of Nb3Al

Abstract

Specific heat measurements have been made on two reirradiated samples of A15 Nb3Al. Results of the present work are consistent with those of our earlier work on neutron-irradiated A15 Nb3Al, with the exception that there is no correlation between fluence and superconducting transition width.
