Zusammenfassung
An Hand von immunelektrophoretischen Untersuchungen kataraktöser menschlicher und klarer Tierlinsen konnte gezeigt werden, daß die menschliche Linse mindestens 3–4 Proteine mit den Säugetierlinsen gemein hat, daß sie aber andererseits eine für den Menschen allein spezifische, dem α-Kristallin zugehörige Proteinfraktion besitzt.
