Zur Verwendbarkeit der Elektroretinographie bei der Operation der Netzhautablösung

Zusammenfassung

An Hand von 44 Fällen von Netzhautablösung wird die Verwertbarkeit der b-Welle des Elektroretinogramms in Zusammenhang mit der operativen Therapie besprochen. Aus der Höhe des b-Potential lassen sich Schlüsse ziehen:

  1. 1.

    Zur Stützung der Diagnose der Netzhautablösung bei trüben brechenden Medien.

  2. 2.

    In Vergleich mit dem intakten Auge, ferner bei Mouches volantes, Aufblitzen, Flimmern zur Prophylaxe.

  3. 3.

    Zwecks Operationsprognostik.

  4. 4.

    Zur Feststellung des Erfolges aus dem Vergleich der b-Welle vor und nach der Operation.
