Abstract

The physicochemical properties of glasses of the loess-cinder-flotation waste system of a fluorite beneficiation plant are investigated in order to use them as a base for vitreous and glass-crystalline materials. The method of simplex-latticed design (Scheffet plans) makes it possible to predict the best technological compositions with some preliminarily specified properties and considerably reduce the number of experimental investigations.
