Zusammenfassung

Das Krankheitsbild der Arachnodaktylie wird als einheitliche mesodermale Fehlbildung aufgefaßt. Die Achsenmyopie gehört zum Syndrom. Mitgeteilt wird familiäres Vorkommen einer weiteren mesodermalen Mißbildung bei Arachnodaktylie, der Dygenesis mesodermalis iridis et corneae. Die Beziehungen zum Status dysraphicus können vorerst nur als rein formaler Art gedeutet werden.
