Properties of a single-layer glass-enamel coating in steel boronizing

Abstract

A liquid method for preparing a boron-containing layer on the surface of steel is considered. The investigated compositions of the solutions for boronizing the metal are presented. The results of tests of a single-layer glass-enamel coating on boronized steel are described.
