Die neurovegetativ bedingten Störungen im kleinen Becken der Frau

Zusammenfassung

Als Zusammenfassung meines Vortrages möchte ich noch einmal vorbringen, daß der Versuch gemacht wurde, in Kürze die Grundlinien eines sehr ausgedehnten Gebietes zu skizzieren. Es wurde die Physiologie des autonomen Nervensystems im Becken kurz besprochen. Ich habe Ihnen ferner einen Überblick über verschiedene Arten von Funktionsstörungen der Beckenorgane gegeben, bei denen das autonome Nervensystem eine Rolle spielt. Schließlich habe ich einen Krankheitszustand etwas ausführlicher beschrieben, der von manchen Autoren als chronische Parametritis, von anderen als pelvic congestion, wieder von anderen als spastische Parametropathie bezeichnet wird. Alle diese Krankheitszustände machen einen wichtigen Teil der klinischen Gynäkologie aus, umfassen aber ein Gebiet, an das man nur mit großer Vorsicht herantreten darf, da wir noch nicht über verläßliche Untersuchungsmethoden verfügen. Für die Zukunft jedenfalls eröffnet sich uns hier ein großes Arbeitsfeld, um unser Wissen zu bereichern.

Ich möchte abschließend noch Gelegenheit nehmen, der Gesellschaft für Gynäkologie für ihre freundliche und ehrenvolle Einladung auf das beste zu danken. Es wird für mich immer eine angenehme und erfreuliche Erinnerung sein, daß ich vor Ihnen sprechen und an Ihrem Kongreß mit teilnehmen durfte.
