Abstract

This second paper of a two-part review of the self-similar cosmological model includes a derivation of the self-similar scale transformation equations, discussions of various details of the model, and a survey of the definitive predictions by which the model can be unambiguously tested in the near future. Unresolved issues and problems are identified and discussed. The review concludes with an examination of the theoretical implications of discrete cosmological selfsimilarity.
