Conclusions
-
1.
A method was developed for calculating the distortion of plates and thin-walled bushings that takes into account the elastic-viscous-plastic interaction of the nitrided case and the core.
-
2.
The method of calculation was verified experimentally. It is accurate for practical purposes.
-
3.
This method was used to calculate the distortion of three nitrided steels: 40KhFA, 38Kh2MYuA, and 20Kh3MVF.
