Zusammenfassung
Der Autor führt die Literatur über das Problem der Aszension von Spermien in dem Genitale von Weibchen und Frauen an. Die Mehrzahl der Autoren ist der Ansicht, daß der Aufstieg durch Eigenbewegung der Spermien zustande kommt.
Der Autor beweist, daß der passive Samentransport die entscheidende Rolle spielt. Diese Ansicht unterstützt er durch Angaben aus der älteren und neueren Literatur, hauptsächlich aber durch eigene Beobachtungen an Versuchstieren und an Frauen.
Der Samentransport im inneren Genitale erfolgt überwiegend passiv, durch die Tätigkeit der Muskulatur der inneren Organe. Die Eigenbewegung der Spermien hat nur subsidiäre Bedeutung und dient hauptsächlich zur Annäherung der Spermien an das Ei.
Die wichtigsten Beweise für die passive Aszension sind: 1. Schneller Transport des Spermas, das den Weg aus der Scheide in den Eileiter in einigen Sekunden zurücklegen kann; 2. die Aszension des Kontrastmittels und lebloser, unbeweglicher Teilchen.
Dieser Aufstieg wird durch den Orgasmus gefördert, kann aber auch ohne aktive Mitwirkung der Frau erfolgen.
