Zusammenfassung
Die spezifische ATPase-Aktivität der aus dem Myometrium nichtschwangerer Frauen isolierten Partikelfraktion liegt in der gleichen Größenordnung wie die der Skeletmuskulatur, ihr Anteil an der Gesamtspaltung ist jedoch wensentlich höher.
Die Spaltungsrate der Partikelfraktion des Myometriums ist etwa zehnfach höher als die des Rohextraktes.
Mit steigender Ionenstärke fällt die Spaltungsrate der Partikelfraktion. Die Aktivierungsbedingungen durch divalente Kationen sowie die optimale Substratkonzentration sind denen der Rohextrakte ähnlich.
Die Spaltungsrate der contractilen Proteine des Myometriums nichtschwangerer Frauen ist wesentlich geringer als die der quergestreiften Muskulatur.
Die ATP-Spaltungsraten aller Fraktionen liegen in der Regel im Corpus uteri höher als in der Cervix.
