Zusammenfassung
Es wurde das Verhalten des Erythrocytenzinks in der normalen und pathologischen Schwangerschaft untersucht. Die Zinkbestimmung erfolgte nach Waschen und hämolysieren der Erythrocyten als Dithizon-Zinkkomplex colorimetrisch.
Bei 30 nichtgraviden Frauen wurde ein Erythrocytenzinkgehalt von 1319 μg-% gefunden. Während der ungestörten Schwangerschaft (128 Fälle) erhöht sich der Zinkgehalt um durchschnittlich 32%, maximal um 41 %. Der Zinkanstieg erfolgt im wesentlichen im 1. Schwangerschaftssemester. Im Wochenbett normalisiert sich der Zinkgehalt wieder.
12 Fälle mit Hyperemesis gravidarum und 21 schwere Präeklampsien wiesen keine signifikanten Erythrocytenzinkveränderungen auf.
Die Erhöhung des Erythrocytenzinks in der Gravidität geht mit einer Erniedrigung des Serumzinks einher, die Carboanhydraseaktivität ist jedoch nicht verändert. Welche Bedeutung der hohen Zinkkonzentration den Erythrocyten in der Schwangerschaft zukommt, läßt sich wegen der noch unzureichenden Kenntnisse über die Funktion des Erythrocytenzinks nicht sagen. Eine homonale Beeinflussung des Zinkstoffwechsels ist wahrscheinlich.
