Abstract

The authors expound the results of their cytogenetical examinations, carried out in the Stein-Leventhal syndrome. They render an account of their observations obtained by the cytogenetical examination in 26 of their patients, who manifested the Stein-Leventhal syndrome. In course of these examinations a sex chromatin frequency of 29 to 49 percent was found, and in each of their cases the normal female 46, XX karyotype was observed.
