Quantitativ histochemische Untersuchungen am experimentellen Deziduom der Ratte

Zusammenfassung

Nach der zur Zeit gültigen Definition ist die funktionelle Kern- bzw. Zellschwellung durch eine Konstanz der DNS- und Histon-Werte gekennzeichnet. Wir fanden im Deziduom eine eindeutige Stimulation der DNS-Synthese und eine gleichsinnige Veränderung der Histone. Deshalb wird die funktionelle Schwellung im Sinne der genannten Begriffsabgrenzung nicht für das alleinige cytologische Charakteristikum der Deziduomzellen gehalten. Die Ergebnisse haben gezeigt, daß das Modell des experimentellen Deziduoms auch für cytophotometrische Untersuchungen zur Wirkung der Ovarialhormone geeignet ist.
