Zusammenfassung
Die deciduale Zellreaktion als Modell für den Implantationsvorgang wurde bei Inzuchtratten unter Lactationsbedingungen quantitativ untersucht.
Es fand sich eine gegenüber der normalen Deciduabildung auf die Hälfte herabgesetzte deciduale Reaktion.
Ein Einfluß der Stärke des Saugreizes auf das Ausmaß der Decidualisation war nicht feststellbar.
Die Restriktion der uterinen Sensibilität erwies sich als aufgehoben.
Als Ursache für diese Befunde wird ein zwar gleichbleibender, aber erniedrigter Oestrogenspiegel angenommen.
