Summary
We tried to inhibit the autolytical process of the exfoliated vaginal cells by other substances than estrogens applying TK inhibitor in form of vaginal Jelly which suppresses the autolysis in the vagina. It is not a matter of a sex like steroid effect; TK inhibitor does not induce the maturation of the vaginal cells. Neither is it a bactericidal effect; the quality and the quantity of the bacteries in the vagina do not change during the treatment. There is a good evidence that TK inhibitor has an influence on the enzyme systems, responsible for autolytical processes.
