Diagnostische Ergebnisse prophylaktischer Serum-Erstuntersuchungen rhesus-negativer schwangerer Frauen

Zusammenfassung

Bei genauer Austestung eines Teiles der im Rahmen der Schwangerenberatung aufgefundenen Anti-Rhesus-Immunseren hat sich ergeben, daß in einer Anzahl von Fällen mit einigen Antikörper-Nachweisverfahren ein negatives Ergebnis erzielt wird. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung werden die einzelnen Methoden und die durch sie gewonnenen Resultate zusammengestellt und diskutiert.

Es ist empfehlenswert, bei der „Antikörper-Fährtensuche“ mit einer breiten Untersuchungsserie zu arbeiten, da sich sonst falsch-negative Befunde ergeben und damit familiäre Rhesus-Isoimmunisierungen übersehen werden können.
