Conclusions

  1. 1.

Discs made of the KhN77TYuR alloy should be annealed for 8h at 750°C. Argon is the best annealing medium; it ensures the required mechanical properties. In the case of blades, annealing in argon or nitrogen increases the fatigue limit, the impact strength, and the relative elongation with respect to blades annealed in air.

  2. 2.

The combined treatment, consisting of electrolytic polishing and annealing in a neutral medium, gave the best results.
