Statistical thermodynamics approach for estimation of the interaction parameters in the mixed Langmuir films at the water/air interface

Abstract

The treatment of two-dimensional system of three components of molecules of different molecular sizes, adapted from statistical thermodynamics, is used to derive parameters which could be derive parameters which could be related to the interaction between molecules in the mixed Langmuir films formed at the water/air interface.
