Abstract
Using population synthesis methods we determined the relative stellar components around Seyfert nuclei in their host galaxies and the nonthermal flux contribution from the nuclei. Knowing the stellar components from the spatially resolved spectra of our objects we can calculate the number of OB-stars and from that the star formation rate. We found that the contribution of OB-stars is correlated with the strength of the nonthermal flux at the nucleus.
