Conclusions

  1. 1.

Study of the permeation by hydrogen of steel 34KhNM and 80KhNM with martensite, bainite, pearlite, temper sorbite, and granular pearlite shows that the process takes place most effectively in granular pearlite.

  2. 2.

Transformation of plate-shaped carbides into the granular shape increases the hydrogen permeability, and the greater the hydrogen content of the steel, the more this happens.
