The calibrated map of the HII region S237 in Hα emission

Abstract

The calibrated Hα-map of S237 and its profiles in section through the nebular center are presented. The core-envelope structure and central open shell appearance are noticed. Physical parameters such as emission measure and mass of ionized gas are deduced and compared with results of radio observations.
