Exact Bianchi type VIo cosmological models with matter and an electromagnetic field

Abstract

We present new exact solutions of the Einstein-Maxwell equations for cosmological models of Bianchi type VIo. The solutions represent anisotropic universes with source-free electro-magnetic fields and perfect fluid matter. The behaviour near to and far from initial singularities is examined.
