  • Published:
Journal of Applied Spectroscopy Aims and scope

Abstract

A description is given of a continuous laser using fluorite with an admixture of Dy2+ ions as the active medium and excited by a point light source located in a standard illuminating system. Certain characteristics of the laser and its main units are discussed.
