Conclusions
-
1.
After MTT the mechanical properties of alloys AK6 and V93 vary in the freshly quenched and aged conditions, which depends on the nature of the alloy and the magnitude and temperature of plastic deformation.
-
2.
After MTT there are residual second-order stresses in alloy AK6, while no stresses are observed in alloy V93 even with plastic deformation following cooling to 440–420°C.
-
3.
Refining of the blocks is induced by MTT in alloys AK6 and V93.
