Abstract
Photoelectric magnitudes of 30 stars in the field of King 12 have been obtained. The reddening is variable across the cluster. A distance of 2.49 kiloparsecs has been estimated for the cluster. It is concluded that the age of the cluster lies between NGC 2362 and NGC 884 groups.
