IV. l-doublet transitions of HCN

Abstract

A normalised perturbative theory is used to compute the rates for alll-doublet transitions of hydrogen cyanide in the (0110) state having 4≤J≤16 perturbed by H2 and He. Wherever the experimental data are available, they are in good agreement with the theoretical values.
