On the treatment of pressure effects on lonization constants in aqueous solution

Abstract

Effects of pressure on ionization constants are described more simply by the use of solvent density rather than pressure. The recent ionization constants of metal sulfates in aqueous solution of Fisher and Fox are used to demonstrate greater predictability with density.
