Abstract
On the basis of the spectral material (for the period of 1976–1984) some identical, repeated relations ofV rversus log τ are found. It is possible to identify the following conditions of the atmosphere: expansion, contraction, quiet and mixed conditions, respectively.
One of the peculiarities found from theV rversus log τ curves is the existence of linear parts. So there are several transitional layers which lie between the expanding and contracting layers.
In our opinion this spectral material makes it possible to describe a stratification of the radial velocities and the kinematical properties. As a first approximation this is the key for the establishment of the ‘quasi-period’ of the variations. Perhaps there may be several periods present.
