Abstract
It is shown that a decreasing gravitational constant in the flat-space radiation universe of Barber's self-creation cosmology leads to interesting novel consequences. The resulting cosmological solution is free of the standard initial singularity and indicates the existence of a pre-radiation vacuum-dominated phase.
