Paramyloidosen der Haut mit Paraproteinämie

Zusammenfassung

An einem Material von 100 Patienten mit Paramyloidose der Haut wurde ermittelt, daß wenigstens 54% mit einem Plasmocytom kombiniert sind und mindestens 11% eine kryptogenetische Paraproteinämie aufweisen. Bei den Plasmocytomen handelt es sich zu ca. 60–70% um sog. Bence-Jones-Plasmocytome. Es wird empfohlen, bei jedem Patienten mit Paramyloidose der Haut eine immunoelektrophoretische Analyse des Serums vorzunehmen und den Urin auf Bence-Jones-Proteine zu untersuchen.
