Ein Beitrag zur Analyse des Bewegungsverhaltens und der Verdichtungswirkung eines Tauchrüttlers

Übersicht

Der Verfasser versucht die Verdichtungswirkung eines flaschenförmigen Tauchrüttlers auf ein ihn umgebendes locker gelagertes Material darzustellen. Nach Erläuterung der für eine solche mathematische Erfassung notwendigen Kennwerte des Erregers und des Materials und der zu treffenden Voraussetzungen wird das Problem nach der Theorie der Wellenfortpflanzung in Medien behandelt. Aus dem Rechenergebnis läßt sich das Bewegungsverhalten des Erregers, seine Energieaufnahme aus dem Antrieb und die Energieabgabe an das umgehende Material sowie die im Material auftretenden Spannungen ermitteln, von denen die Hauptschubspannungen einen Hinweis auf die zu erwartende Reichweite der Verdichtung durch den Erreger abgeben können.

Summary

The author undertakes an analysis of the effect of compaction of a cylindrical vibrator on surrounding loose material. After explaining the basic data of the vibrator and the material necessary for mathematical description of the problem and the required assumptions, the problem is dealt with according to the theory of waves. The result allows a description of the oscillation of the vibrator, the energy required by the vibrator and partly transmitted to the material as well as the stresses occuring in the material. If main shearing stresses are calculated from the results, they will give an indication how far away from the vibrator compaction might be anticipated.
