Die Rolle der klassischen Gruppentrennungen im Unterricht der modernen analytischen Chemie

Zusammenfassung

Eine Unterrichtsmethode für die qualitative Analyse wird dargestellt, wobei die klassische Gruppentrennung in Beziehung zum Periodensystem die Grundlage für einen großen Teil der beschreibenden Chemie bildet. Die Notwendigkeit einer Kombination von anorganischen und physikalisch-chemischen Gesichtspunkten für das Verständnis der analytischen Chemie wird betont.

Summary

An approach to the teaching of qualitative analytical chemistry is presented. The classical systematic group separation method, viewed in relation to the Periodic Table, provides a framework for presenting a good deal of descriptive chemistry. The necessity of combined inorganic, physicochemical approach is shown.
