Summary
A case of combined malformations (spinal neurenteric cyst and thoracic meningomyelocele) has been reported. The results of neurosurgical therapy are very satisfactory.

Es wird ein Fall einer kombinierten Mißbildung (spinale neurenterische Cyste mit einer thorakalen Meningomyelocele) beschrieben. Das Ergebnis der neurochirurgischen Behandlung war sehr befriedigend.
