Zusammenfassung
Für die Erklärung der differenziellen Genwirkung ist die Kenntnis eines genregulierenden Mechanismus nötig. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird von der Annahme ausgegangen, daß ein solcher Mechanismus direkt an der DNS angreift. Es wird ein Modell der Genregulation vorgeschlagen, in welchem Histone als Repressoren, Nicht-Histone als Derepressoren wirken. Eine mögliche Versuchsanordnung zur Prüfung dieses Modelles wird besprochen. Sie besteht im wesentlichen darin, Makromoleküle eines Zelltyps an die Chromosomen eines anderen Zelltyps heranzubringen und zu verfolgen, obin vivo abnorme DNS-Proteinkomplexe entstehen und was deren entwicklungsphysiologische Folgen sind.
