Summary

Platinum(II) complexes derived from syn-2-picolyl phenyl and syn-2-picolyl methyl ketoximes, LH and L′H, respectively, were synthesised and characterised by elemental analyses, magnetic and molar conductivity measurements and by electronic and vibrational spectroscopic studies. The mode of bonding in these complexes is discussed and their isomerization have been investigated.
