Temperature dependence of ZnCdS: Ag cathodoluminescence efficiency under electron beam excitation

Abstract

The temperature dependence of the efficiency of ZnCdS: Ag phosphor excited by a constant electron beam was investigated. Three well expressed maxima were observed at temperatures of about 60, 160, and 230 K.
