Additional information

Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 13, No. 2, pp. 379–381, August, 1970.

A comparison of the experimental data in normal and excited states implies that the data for excited states can be used to advantage whenever it is impossible to secure information on the relative strength of the complexes in the normal state.
