A method of examining unevenness in path-difference change in fourier spectrometry

Abstract

Distortions due to uneven path-difference change are examined. A computer method is proposed for deriving the error function (deviation from linearity) and the corresponding apparatus function. This method is applied to evaluation of actual patterns.
