Abstract
A 78-year-old woman with duodenal obstruction was studied with plai addominal X-rays, barium examination ultrasonography, CT, and incisional biopsy. The pathologic report revealed an infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis, Palliative gastroenterostomy was performed.
