Abstract
A comparison of the method of preparing samples for recording the radioactivity of complexes of14C-macrotetrolide antibiotics with the picrates of univalent cations using a correction for color quenching and the method with the washing out of the water-soluble (including colored) components has shown the possibility of obtaining adequate reproducible results by both methods.
