Zusammenfassung
Menschliche Melanocyten zeigten unter in vitro-Bedingungen ein verändertes morphologisches Verhalten, wenn Dibutyryladenosin 3′,5′-cyclisches Monophosphat zugesetzt wurde. Die Zahl der Dendriten der Melanocyten nahm zu, und unter dem Einfluß dieser Substanz trat eine Verlängerung wie auch stärkere Aufzweigung ein. Die beobachteten Veränderungen waren reversibel.
Summary
The morphological nature of human melanocytes in vitro was altered by dibutyryl adenosine 3′,5′-cyclic monophosphate. Dendrites of the melanocytes were increased in number, elongated and branched during treatment with the compound. These morphological changes were found to be reversible.
