Extrusion of perichromatin granules from the nucleus

Summary

Observation on the keratinocytes of the stratum spinosum of normal human epidermis has revealed structures in the perinuclear cytoplasm which fully correspond to perichromatin granules. Similar results can also be found after using the EDTA-method (Bernhard). It is assumed that an extrusion of the perichromatin granules from the cell nucleus has taken place.

Zusammenfassung

In den Keratinocyten des Str.spinosum normaler menschlicher Epidermis wurden im perinucleären Cytoplasma den Perichromatin-Granula völlig entsprechende Gebilde beobachtet. Vergleichbare Befunde lassen sich auch nach der Anwendung der EDTA-Methode (Bernhard) erheben. Eine Ausschleusung der Perichromatin-Granula aus dem Zellkern wurde angenommen.
