Zur Hemmwirkung von Proflavin auf den Einbau von DNS-, RNS- und Proteinvorstufen im Hamstermelanom

Inhibitory effects of proflavine on the incorporation of DNA, RNA, and protein precursors in hamster melanoma

  • Published:
Archiv für dermatologische Forschung Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

Proflavine inhibits in vitro and in vivo the incorporation of precursors of nucleic acids and proteins in the hamster melanoma A Mel 3. This effect is particularly evident for tumour mitochondria and seems to be a specific phenomenon.
