Intensitätsberechnung der Isotopenspitzen in Massenspektrogrammen

Summary

A method for the calculation of isotopic peak heights in a mass spectrogram of any compound is derived and applied to examples. The method is clearly established and easily comprehensible. It permits qualitative conclusions of the compound in question, an information that is not obtainable merely from the molecular weight.

Zusammenfassung

Ein Rechenverfahren für die Isotopenspitzen im Massenspektrogramm einer beliebigen Verbindung wird abgeleitet und auf Beispiele angewandt. Das Verfahren ist übersichtlich und leicht erlernbar. Es erlaubt einen qualitativen Schluß auf die vorliegende Verbindung, wie er aus einer bloßen Angabe des Molgewichtes nicht gezogen werden kann.
